Pennard is located on Gower. The Parish Hall was
originally built in 1910 as a wooden building so is one of the oldest halls on Gower. In the 1950s it was rebuilt in
stone and has had several extensions since then. In 2016 the Hall Committee (who are all volunteers) started a programme of refurbishment. This is now complete.
Over the years the Hall has hosted many events including regular jumble sales to fund many local projects, Pennard Players and Parents' Association pantomimes, and a Millennium celebration to name but a few.
It is now available for hire for parties, classes, wakes or whatever you would like to do. Alternatively you may wish to join one of the many groups who meet there.
The Hall is licensed for music, dancing and playing recorded music. If you wish to sell alcohol, you will
need to obtain a licence for the event.
The hall is now linked to the internet with overhead projectors. The large hall is hard wired so that live streaming is possible from both halls.
